Can I change or cancel my order?
We offer a life time money-back guarantee on all of our products. Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed. Orders may be shipped as soon as one hour after being placed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests made within 12 hours, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, it will be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed the same day they are placed. Once processed, orders are shipped the same day or the following day.
